​Robert George MacDougall

​Most Excellent Companion Robert George MacDougall was born in Truro, Nova Scotia. Upon completing his High School education in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island, he joined the Canadian Armed Forces as a Military Policeman and married Alma. Bob served his Country, with wife and two boys in tow, for the next 20 years in Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Quebec, the Middle East and Germany. Coupled with this, he expanded his education, graduating with a Baccalaureate from the University of Manitoba.

 Upon retirement from the Canadian Armed Forces in 1996, Bob started a new career as a Security Supervisor, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia as well as becoming a Certified Instructor and avid SCUBA Diver, retiring again in 2014.
