How to join the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island
Membership in the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons for Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island is both an honor and a commitment. Those who seek to join should do so with a genuine interest in the principles, traditions, and charitable aims of Royal Arch Masonry.
Eligibility and First Steps
Royal Arch Masonry is not joined by application alone. Admission begins through personal recommendation. You must also be a member in good standing of your Craft lodge.

If you are interested in joining the Grand Chapter:
- You must first speak with a Royal Arch Mason who is a member in good standing.
- That Companion will recommend you to a local Royal Arch Chapter.
- The Chapter or the companion recommending you, will provide you with an application to complete.
Membership Pathways
There are two primary ways to become a member of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island:
New Membership
If you have not previously been a member of a Royal Arch Chapter, you will be required to complete a Membership Application Form. This form is used when joining Royal Arch Masonry for the first time and will be submitted to the local Chapter.

If you are already a Royal Arch Mason in good standing and wish to affiliate with a Chapter under this Grand Chapter, you will be required to complete an Affiliation Form.

Review and Acceptance
Once the appropriate form has been completed and the necessary procedures have been followed by the local Royal Arch Chapter, the Secretary of that Chapter will reach out to you using the contact information provided on the form.
