District #3 Meeting, Saturday, October 22^nd, 2005.

The District #3 Meeting opened at 2 pm with DGS R.E.Comp Dennis Buchanan presiding. 27 Companions were in attendance.

A Service of Remembrance for departed Companions was conducted in a very impressive manner by Comp. Jim MacIntosh.

Reports were given by the MEHPs of District Chapters.

Certificates were presented to the DGS, the Grand Lecturer, the Grand Organist , the Asst.Grand Cof H and the Asst. Grand Secretary.

The Grand Lecturer R .E. Comp Patterson offered to arrange for a Baton for use by our District Asst. Grand Captain of the Host.

A show of support was given for the proposal that the DGS 's expenses should be partially subsidised by District Chapters.

The availability of 25 and 50 year lapel pins was made known by R.E. Comp Patterson.

The GHP M.Ex Comp Ron Tallon gave an inspireing address after which the meeting closed in peace, love and harmony at 4.00pm.
